As a certified Personal Performance Coach, Cutting Horse Trainer, Clinician, Author, and Speaker, she guides riders to maintain focus and grounded confidence. Barbra is an honoree in both the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame and the National Cutting Horse Association Members' Hall of Fame, and she was named National Female Equestrian of the Year by the AQHA and the Women’s Sports Foundation. In 2022, she received the Modine Smith Humanitarian Award for her dedication to the sport of cutting. Barbra resides with her husband, Tom, in Brenham, Texas, and continues to publish online programs that inspire and educate riders.

Jim Jennings, a master storyteller, spent his career documenting the history of the American Quarter Horse, weaving together the stories of world champions and working cowboys. Joining AQHA in 1971, Jennings rose to become executive director of publications, overseeing the launch of The Quarter Racing Journal and America’s Horse. His work earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Wrangler Award and induction into the Livestock Publications Council Hall of Fame. A celebrated author, Jennings penned two books for AQHA: “Best Remudas” and “They Still Ride Good Horses”, chronicling the association's rich history. His storytelling left a lasting legacy in the industry and his family, who continue to share his passion for the breed. In 2019, Jim Jennings was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame.

Sandy Collier was inducted into the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in 2011 and the NRCHA Hall of Fame in 2012. She is the first woman to win the NRCHA World Champion Snaffle Bit Futurity, a title she held for nearly 20 years. Sandy is a multiple NRCHA and AQHA champion, including winning the Stallion Stakes, Hackamore Classic, and open NRCHA futurity champion, AQHA World Champion Jr Cow Horse and she split the NRHA Limited Open Futurity championship. As an NRCHA "AAAA" and AQHA judge, she has judged all major NRCHA events, the AQHA World Show, and prestigious competitions like The World’s Greatest Horseman, The Art of the Cowgirl's World’s Greatest Horsewoman, and Road to the Horse. Sandy was also named one of the "Top 50 Riders of All Time in All Disciplines" by Horse and Rider in 2013 and was also ranked among the top five reined cow horse riders in all divisions. She also holds the prestigious title of Western Horseman’s Woman of the West!

Raised in San Francisco, California, Kathy Daughn began her equestrian journey at the age of 13, immersing herself in the world of hunter-jumpers at Golden Gate Park. Her passion for horses grew, and after high school, she transitioned to showing Arabians in Southern California. At 20, after attending her first cutting event, Kathy discovered her true passion for cutting horses. Inspired by a week spent learning from Larry Reeder, she moved to Texas to pursue a career in the cutting horse industry. Kathy made history as the only woman to win two NCHA Open Futurity Championships (1985 and 2000) and has earned over $4 million in the cutting arena. An NCHA Open Riders Hall of Fame and National Cowgirl Hall of Fame inductee, she continues to share her knowledge and experience, contributing to the advancement of the cutting horse industry.

A professional competitor in versatility ranch horse, reined cow horse, and Stock Horse of Texas events, Shannon Pigott specializes in coaching non-pro riders at her facility in Fredericksburg, Texas. Known as "Coach" to her clients, Shannon combines her horsemanship expertise with a strong business background to help riders and trainers alike. She holds a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, a certificate in mental performance management, and annually coaches over 1,000 riders through lessons, clinics, and workshops.
Shannon has been mentored by Hall of Fame riders and top horsemen and co-founded Club Cowgirls with NCHA Hall of Fame rider Barbra Schulte. In 2022, she launched RideLife, a first-of-its-kind digital community for Western performance riders, providing a vibrant learning community with resources to support horsemanship and growth.

Patti Colbert is a trailblazer in the equine industry, renowned for her innovative contributions, leadership and fun-loving spirit. She created the Extreme Mustang Makeover and is an inductee in the Mustang Heritage Foundation Hall of Fame. During her time as Executive Director of the foundation, Patti produced groundbreaking projects like Wild Horse, Wild Ride and Unbranded, helping place thousands of wild mustangs into private care.

​Among her many accolades, Patti has been honored with the Innovator of the Year Award by American Horse Publications, the Fern Sawyer Award from the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame, induction into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame, and the Equine Industry Vision Award. Most recently, she received the 2024 Wrangler Women of Influence Award for her lasting contributions to the American Quarter Horse Association.
